The Orange Door and Family Violence

This month’s Educational Forum focused on family violence and system responses, with Milla Galea from The Orange Door sharing practical insights into referral pathways, collaborative practice, and the role of family violence services within the broader support system. The session highlighted the importance of trauma-informed, coordinated responses and provided an opportunity for Connect centre staff to deepen their understanding of working safely and effectively with families and carers impacted by family violence.
